He is the coauthor of Vegan World Fusion Cuisine - winner of 9 National Awards including ‘Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the USA’. Jennifer is a co-owner of the Lotus + opened The Lotus Root, the Blossoming Lotus Juice Bar & Bakery. She excels in the creation of delectable vegan treats.
