Tea + Breathe  
mon., fri. 7:30-8:30 am 
the purpose of this class is to become familiar with 
different breathing + meditation exercises that will 
support you in restoring your body to a harmonious balance. 
these exercises are easy to use at home or in the work 
place + can be used to transform your life thru focused 
intention. the effects of pranayama + meditation are very 
calming, cleansing, invigorating + grounding. this class 
supports a daily dedicated practice, as well as allowing 
beginners to move into a groove.
